This article analyzes the material and procedural aspects of the procedural form insome foreign countries. The peculiarities of the procedural form in criminal proceedingsare covered theoretically and practically on the basis of legislative acts of foreign states.At the same time, the opinions and opinions of theoretical scientists, experiencedpractitioners of this field were analyzed.
