HISTORICAL AND MODERN PECULIARITIES OF FORMATION OF HYDROLOGICAL NATURAL-TECHNICAL SYSTEMS ON THE TERRITORY OF VORONEZH OBLAST

The article deals with the specifics of anthropogenic impact in the conditions of formation and development of urban agglomerations in the Central Chernozem region, where there is intensive use of both surface and groundwater by the population, as a result of which the amount of water in water bodies changes, the established water balance is disturbed, and the hydrological regime changes. At the same time, the water quality composition changes, most often for the worse. In the most developed regions of Russia already in 1980 – 1990-s began to operate programs for rehabilitation or reclamation. Excessive anthropogenic pressure on water bodies in the region has led to the fact that in fact there are no hydrological systems left, one way or another, not subjected to significant changes.
