Grok, Gemini, ChatGPT and DeepSeek: Comparison and Applications in Conversational Artificial Intelligence

This paper presents a comparative analysis of four prominentconversational AI models: Grok, Gemini, ChatGPT,and DeepSeek. These models are evaluated based on theirarchitecture, performance, and application areas, aiming tohighlight their strengths, limitations, and suitability for varioustasks. Grok, developed by xAI, is notable for its integrationwith X (formerly Twitter) and focus on freedom of expression.Gemini, created by Google DeepMind, stands out as amultimodal model, supporting text, images, and code, withan emphasis on research and productivity. ChatGPT, fromOpenAI, excels in general-purpose tasks, including customersupport, automation, and education, leveraging large-scaletraining data and fine-tuning techniques. DeepSeek specializesin information retrieval and research, offering high accuracyfor data search tasks. The paper discusses the technical aspectsof each model, including their underlying algorithms, trainingprocesses, and performance metrics. Additionally, the studyaddresses current challenges in conversational AI, such asbias, hallucinations, and ethical concerns, while exploringfuture directions for research and development in this field.Overall, this work contributes to a deeper understanding ofthe capabilities and limitations of each model and providesinsights into the evolving landscape of conversational AI.Keywords: Conversational AI, Grok, Gemini, ChatGPT,DeepSeek, language models, AI applications.
