METHODS AND FEATURES OF VALUING STARTUPS AND HIGH-TECH COMPANIES WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF THE 'UZBEKISTAN – 2030' PROGRAM

The article examines the features and approaches to assessing the value of startups and high-tech companies in the context of the program "Uzbekistan-2030". It analyzes modern methods and tools for assessing, such as financial analysis, comparative analysis and venture capital methods, as well as their adaptation to the conditions of the Uzbek market. Particular attention is paid to the specifics of high-tech companies and startups, their growth potential and innovative development. The article also discusses recommendations for improving the investment climate and supporting high-tech initiatives within the framework of the strategy "Uzbekistan-2030".
