THE OBJECTIVE OF THIS STUDY IS TO ENHANCE THE EFFICACY OF DENTAL PULP LESION TREATMENT IN PATIENTS WITH CHRONIC PERIODONTITIS

One of the most prevalent dental pathologies, chronic inflammatory periodontal diseases continue to treat poorly. Although the microbial factor and occlusive disorders are generally acknowledged as contributing factors to the development of periodontal disease, somatic disorders are a significant aggravating factor. The challenge of diagnosing stomatogenic pathology is especially pertinent in patients with chronic somatic diseases of autoimmune origin, as their own immunity is significantly compromised. In recent years, there has been a significant amount of research conducted on the pathogenetic relationships between inflammatory periodontal lesions and diseases of internal organs (T.E. Zoirov, N.F. Absalamova, 2020). The effectiveness of dental treatment and preventive measures is significantly compromised and complicated by the increasing prevalence of endodontic diseases (pulpitis, periodontitis) and periodontitis in adults (A.V. Mitronin et al., 2017; A.I. Grudyanov, M.K. Makeeva, 2014; A.K. Iordanishvili et al., 2015, 2016). Periodontal diseases are the most prevalent cause of tooth loss in adults, with an average prevalence of 54% to 92% [Nazir M. et al., 2020]. The average prevalence of EP is 35.6%, and it has a propensity to rise as individuals age [Krikun E.V. et al., 2017]. The primary tooth tissue is dentin, which is permeated by a mass of dentine tubules (DC). These tubules can act as a "avenue" for microorganisms in the periodontal-endodontic system, both in the forward and reverse orientations. It is challenging for both antiseptic drugs and insulating materials to permeate the DC due to its small diameter. This, in turn, disarms a physician who is equipped with only conventional dental materials and classical treatment methods [Denisova Yu.L. et al.; Bonaccorso A., 2014]. Preventing the development of potential pathological conditions of the dental pulp in patients with chronic periodontitis was the primary goal of our study. The research goals and objectives will be established on the basis of the questions that have been presented. This dissertation research will to a certain extent serve to fulfill the tasks stipulated in the Decrees of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. UP-60 "On the Development Strategy of New Uzbekistan for 2022 — 2026", dated January 28, 2022, No. UP-5590 "On comprehensive measures for the fundamental improvement of the healthcare system of the Republic of Uzbekistan", dated December 07, 2018, No. UP-6110 "On measures to introduce fundamentally new mechanisms into the activities of primary health care institutions and further improve the effectiveness of ongoing activities in the healthcare system reforms", dated November 12, 2020, in Resolutions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PP-4310 "On measures for the further development of the system of medical and pharmaceutical education and science", dated December 4, 2018, No.PP-4891 "On additional measures to ensure public health by further improving the effectiveness of medical prevention", dated May 6, 2019, No. PP-5124 "On additional measures for the integrated development of healthcare", dated May 25, 2020, No. PP-5199 "On measures to further improve the system of specialized medical care in the field of healthcare”, dated July 28, 2021, as well as in other regulatory documents adopted in this area. The objective of the investigation was to enhance the efficacy of dental pulp injury treatment in patients with chronic periodontitis by employing an Endo Ultrasonic Activator during the disinfection and filling of the root canal lumen with a copper-calcium hydroxide preparation.

Abstract

The effectiveness of dental treatment and preventive measures is significantly compromised and complicated by the increasing prevalence of endodontic diseases (pulpitis, periodontitis) and periodontitis in adults (A.V.
