Versioned Archive and Review of Biotic Interactions and Taxon Names Found within CALeDNA/Klamath-mountains hash://md5/468462319efd6d28f8e805d39330a299
Life on Earth is sustained by complex interactions between organisms and their environment. These biotic interactions can be captured in datasets and published digitally. We present a review and archiving process for such an openly accessible digital interactions dataset of known origin and discuss its outcome. The dataset under review, named CALeDNA/Klamath-mountains, has fingerprint hash://md5/468462319efd6d28f8e805d39330a299, is 1.85MiB in size and contains 13,157 interactions with 1 unique type of association (e.g., coOccursWith) between 701 primary taxa (e.g., Tetracladium) and 701 associated taxa (e.g., Tetracladium). This report includes detailed summaries of interaction data, a taxonomic review from multiple catalogs, and an archived version of the dataset from which the reviews are derived.
