The study will explore the CSR initiatives in promoting Sustainability with measuring the impact of Social Enterprises and Community. This study will be a step for making a green world by understanding a responsibility being a part of it. CSR and Sustainability are an integral part of modern business era. CSR involves company’s ethical and explicit activities to contribute positively to society and environment. While Sustainability involves fulfilling the current needs without compromising the need of future generation. These platforms address the economic, social and environmental challenges with achieving corporate goals and societal values. This research will try to discover the interdependence of CSR and sustainability by focusing on the organizational success of Reliance group of industries and societal well-being. Social enterprises and community play an important role in encouraging sustainable development, being adriving force for positively impacting society by addressing socialissues. This research also highlight the impact of CSR and Sustainability initiatives on consumer satisfaction and loyalty and focus on the growing importance of environmental, social, and governance metrics, popularly known as ESG matrix.By analysing case studies of diverse industries this study provides the best practices towards the innovative approaches.
