Teaching English: A Digital Quest

Twenty first century is characterized by the dominance of information technology. In the dynamic environment of the twenty-first century, the convergence of technology and education has given rise to Digitisation of Education all over the world. This new approach marks a paradigm shift from traditional teaching methods like lecture method, ‘chalk and talk method’ to a novel approach that uses the power of digital tools and technologies. Digital teaching further got impetus from the advent of the Corona pandemic in the year 2020. Teaching English either language or literature digitally has been a new foray for the English teachers. Today there are many avenues for English teachers to make their lessons at every level more interactive and interesting for the students.
