Eddy covariance, meteorological and satelite data obtained at four taiga peatlands
The files contain flux and meteorological data obtained at four peatland sites in European Russia and West Siberia using the eddy covariance technique: Fyodorovskoe Bog (FYB site, Tver Region, 2015-2022), Ust' Pojeg Mesotrophic Peatland (UPO site, Komi Republic, 2012 and 2017), Mukhrino Bog (MUH site, Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug, 2021-2022), and Bakchar Bog (PLT site, Tomskaya Oblast, 2022). A description of the variables is provided in the "metadata" file. Additionally, the normalized difference vegetation index (NDVI) obtained using Sentinel satellite images (https://www.sentinel-hub.com/) for the footprint areas at each site is included in a separate file.
