ТОТАЛІТАРНЕ НАСИЛЬСТВО ЯК ІНСТРУМЕНТ ГЕНОЦИДУ: ІСТОРИЧНИЙ ДОСВІД І ВІЙНА В УКРАЇНІ
Abstract. This article examines totalitarian violence as both a historical legacy and a modern instrument of genocide. It demonstrates that under neo-totalitarian regimes, violence functions not only as a means of repression but also as a structure of thought, a language of power, and a mechanism of social construction. Particular attention is given to Russia’s war against Ukraine, which is interpreted as genocidal aggression targeting national identity, culture, and historical memory. The analysis is based on an interdisciplinary approach combining philosophical, legal, cultural, and ontological perspectives. The article emphasizes the importance of intellectual resistance as a form of humanistic responsibility in the context of a global security crisis.
