METHODS OF GROWING PISTACHIOS (PISTACIA VERA L.) IN THE CONDITIONS OF ANGOR DISTRICT

This article discusses methods for effective cultivation of pistachio (Pistacia vera L.) trees in the conditions of Angor district of Surkhandarya region. Pistachios are a fruit plant known for their high nutritional and commercial value and are successfully grown in dry and hot climates. The article describes in detail the technologies for growing pistachios in accordance with the climatic and soil conditions of Angor district, soil preparation, irrigation and feeding, pest control, and harvesting processes. The results of the study will help develop pistachio cultivation in Angor district and regions with similar dry climatic conditions.
