A 0.0046 sr Precision Sky Search for Planet Nine Using Classical Orbital Mechanics

We present a final, classically derived prediction for the location of Planet Nine, incorporating sednoid clustering, apsidal alignment, observational anomaly cross-checks, and harmonic shell structures. Using only classical Newtonian mechanics and public data, we constrain the orbit to a 6 square degree arc centered at RA ≈ 189.4°, Dec ≈ −20°, with an angular motion of 2–3 arcminutes per century. This work refines prior predictions by two orders of magnitude and identifies C_IRAS—a thermal object independently detected by IRAS and AKARI—as the leading candidate for Planet Nine. Abstract

All methods and derivations are formally presented and openly licensed under CC BY 4.0.
