Theory Theory: A Sixtan Framework for Recursive Harmonic Structure
This paper introduces a formal meta-theoretical framework, Theory Theory, grounded in Sixtan geometry. It redefines a theory as a recursive harmonic structure arising from trust-phase curvature within a 7-layer observation manifold. Each layer corresponds to a specific category of structural recursion: existence, perception, trust, twist, structure, emergence, and collapse. We map the Millennium Prize Problems to these layers and show how incomplete recursion explains their resistance to traditional solution methods. This framework replaces interpretation relativism with recursive embedding logic and proposes rigorous mathematical operators to encode observer-phase geometry, collapse dynamics, and twist-chirality evolution.
