Climate Change Mitigation as a Tool for Justice
AbstractClimate change is one of the most pressing challenges of our time, yet its impacts are profoundly unequal. Marginalized communities, those least responsible for greenhouse gas emissions, often suffer the most severe consequences. Recognizing climate change mitigation as a tool for justice means designing strategies that reduce emissions and empower vulnerable populations, promote equity, and ensure fair access to resources. Integrating justice into climate action can build a more resilient and inclusive future where no one is left behind.
