This research paper explores the influence of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) on Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), with a focus on both the barriers and opportunities it presents. The role of IPR in fostering innovation, protecting business assets, and enabling global competitiveness for MSMEs is examined. The study identifies key challenges faced by MSMEs in accessing and utilizing IPR and investigates the potential benefits IPR offers to foster growth and development.
