D6.1 Dissemination, Exploitation, Communication Plan

The EFRA Dissemination, Exploitation and Communication Plan (DEC) provides the guidelines for successfully sharing the impacts and benefits of the project with society, transferring knowledge, describing results so they are available for use/re-use and defining concrete actions for that use/reuse by the 6 determined target groups: Academic and Research Organisations: Collaborate, advance practical and scientific AI research; Policy makers and Regulators: Improve ease of trustworthy AI adoption, make evidence-based policydecisions; Data scientists and Data Analysts: Adopt EFRA’s solutions for the next generation of AI-Food riskpredictions; Food System Stakeholders: Exploit AI-driven innovations, improve data access and maximizeperformance, efficiency and stable profit increase; Food Safety Experts: Reduce costs and exploit EFRA’s advanced prediction tools; General Public: Increase awareness of AI Food Safety prediction potential and opportunities. The aim of this document is to present a clear and coherent dissemination, exploitation and communicationstrategy which will serve as a cornerstone for all the outreach activities envisaged to be carried out throughoutthe project thus, ensuring broad communication throughout the project’s course.
