THEORETICAL FOUNDATIONS OF GENDER STEREOTYPES OF LEADERSHIP OF WOMEN IN THE SYSTEM OF PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION IN VIETNAM

Abstract Exploring gender stereotypes regarding women leaders in the public administration system of Vietnam, the article is aimed theoretical purposes. Theoretically, the research article identifies more clearly the manifestations of gender prejudice towards female leaders as a characteristic psychological phenomenon of human beings.
