D5.3 Developing and Fitting SUPERSHINE Blueprints to Fellow Cities- Part 1
The purpose of this document is to outline the Bottom-up Development and Fit ofSUPERSHINE Blueprints, a key approach aimed at replicating successful project modelsfrom the SUPERSHINE lighthouse districts in the follower cities. This task focuses onadapting these models to the socio-economic realities, housing typologies, and policylandscapes of each follower city to facilitate a seamless transition to low-carbon public, cooperative, and social housing. By learning from the “ready-to-go” projects in the lighthousedistricts, the task aims to expand replication capacity and develop tailored Blueprints thatserve as comprehensive frameworks for guiding the transition to low-carbon public, cooperative, and social housing. These Blueprints are structured tools designed to providecities with practical, adaptable strategies that integrate business models, lifecycleassessments (LCA, LCC and SLCA) and co-creation frameworks for societal acceptance. They are used to ensure that the solutions are not only technically feasible andenvironmentally sustainable but also socially inclusive and economically viable.
