We make available five maps on the forest vertical structure of Colombia with relatively high spatial resolution (25m). These maps were constructed by developing predictions of GEDI (Global Ecosystem Dynamics Investigation) metrics of forest vertical structure using a set of 80 remote sensing predictors (temporal metrics) that included data from multispectral (Sentinel-2) and SAR- Synthetic Aperture Radar (Sentinel-1 and ALOS-PALSAR) sensors. The maps are: 1) Canopy height (CH): CH_COLOMBIA_FOREST.tif 2) Total cover (COVER): COVER_COLOMBIA_FOREST.tif 3) Foliage Height Diversity (FHD): FHD_PAI_COLOMBIA_FOREST.tif 4) Total Plant Area Index (PAI): PAI_COLOMBIA_FOREST.tif 5) Height of half the accumulated energy (RH50): RH50_COLOMBIA_FOREST.tif
