STUDY OF THE INFLUENCE OF GENETIC POLYMORPHISM OF PROINFLAMMATORY CYTOKINES ON THE COURSE OF ISCHEMIC HEART DISEASE
127 patients with ischemic heart disease, stable angina FC II, III complicated by chronic heart failure were examined in order to study the dynamics of myocardial remodeling processes in patients with ischemic heart disease during the first year after coronary revascularization depending on the genetic polymorphism of proinflammatory cytokine genes. Echocardiography was used to assess the structural and functional state of the left ventricular (LV) myocardium. The genotypes of the selected SNPs of the IL-1 and IL-6 genes were also determined, with minor alleles identified. The study demonstrated a lesser positive dynamics of LVMI in patients carrying the minor allele of the IL-6 gene and RV FUP and LV Tei in patients carrying the minor allele of the IL-1 gene. At the same time, for the two studied genes, less favorable echocardiographic characteristics were maintained in patients carrying the minor allele throughout the observation period.
