In such a scenario, sense organs in human body have been experimented to find precise data and information. Algorithmic business leaders’ decision (Trailblazers' Ascent) introduces a critical question; what constitutes substantiation in business leaders’ decision sciences. This mandates holistic thinking and deep understanding since paradigm for business leaders’ decision control is emerging. This ceases conservative philosophy, appreciate how to engage and influence cerebral of business leader and help activate openness to new ideas. The past few years has witnessed influx of biology (Biological - Sciences) to world of business leadership; especially, biological underpinnings of business leadership. Biology and biological - business leadership sciences has entered business leadership studies in a mega way. An expansive range of scholarly disciplines, viz. Cognitive Biological Science, Psychology, Organizational Studies and Management, seek to investigate Biology - based business leaders’ decision making. Coupled up is influx of AI, business leaders’ responsibility, new world of work framework, and art of making with inadequate information regarding highly unstructured business leaders’ decision making situations. Role of biology in management has brought in a new connotation to interpretations to business leadership dynamics by introducing experiments and lab simulations. The objective of this paper is to contest conventional philosophy of decision-making by business executives. This is accomplished by identifying techniques to test causal relationships, employing an empirical cognitive and neural approach (es) to causal reasoning in a heterodox manner, and determining the relationship between genetic and management data to uncover neural pathways in business executives' decision-making. The questions being explored are: How rational should business executives be? How do emotions and cognition interact in the decision-making of business executives? How do emotions and cognition interact in the decision-making of business executives? And how emotionally affected is the business executive at the moment of decision? The methodology for examining neural computations involves tracking the positioning of eye movements. The function of eye movements aids in acquiring, holding, and tracing visual cues during the process of decision-making. Current evidence indicates that the direction of eye movement may result from a heightened state of decision-making. The aim is to demonstrate empirical patterns in the neuro-path transitions of business executives' decision circuits. The goal is to observe the underlying currents of neuro-biological drivers in business executives' decision-making. The attempt is to clarify how neural investigations understand significant changes in decision frameworks. This paper employs a perspective on the essence of neuromanagement: How does a business executive shape decisions? What aspects of the eyes assist in decision-making? What eye-related impressions occur during the decision-making cycle of business executives? Results illustrate findings regarding the decision-making behavior of business executives. Results imply insights from scientific and practitioner viewpoints, explaining how profound shifts in business executives' decisions significantly influence decision dynamics. The paper concludes with propositions derived from the theoretical framework and offers insights for future research. Key Words: Choice Making, Optometrics, Eye Movement and Cognito Management.
