Issues of formation of cognitive activity in cadets of military Universities of the national guard troops of the Russian Federation

This article analyzes the issues related to the development of cognitive activity and knowledge systems among cadets of military higher educational institutions of the Russian National Guard. The study is aimed at identifying key aspects that contribute to increasing the effectiveness of the motivational component in the learning process to achieve professional competence. The work used various methodological approaches, including competence and synergetic, to analyze the process of developing professional skills in cadets. The study was based on such theoretical methods as comparative analysis, synthesis, modeling and planning. In addition, the analysis process included pedagogical observation, surveys, interviews, study of documentation and results of activities, as well as expert assessments.
