Dialectics of Value from the Point of View of Production in a Broad Sense (Notes on the Article by Miropolsky D.Y. «Dialectics of Product and Dualism of Labor Value»)

The article analyzes the concept of formation of labor value of goods taking into account the economic effect of consumption, put forward in the article by D. Miropolsky “Dialectics of product and dualism of labor value”. The correspondence of this concept to the methodological and theoretical approaches of K. Marx developed in "Capital", in particular, the reproduction approach to the formation of value and the dialectics of production in the broad sense of the word (in the unity of production, distribution, exchange and consumption) is noted. The author emphasizes the signifi cance of the results of the process of consumption of the product for the formation of the exchange value of goods. At the same time, the author puts forward a number of critical remarks regarding the theses of D.Yu. Miropolsky, which do not develop his basic concept and do not follow from it, causing great doubts about their validity, thus hindering the perception of the main correct idea.
