Attendance Mangement System
The Attendance Management System (AMS) is a system that uses digital tools to handle the processof tracking and handling attendance records. Lets say a company uses registers or spreadsheets to trackwho is present each day; this can be slow and results in mistakes. The system uses advanced technologiesto make sure attendance records, data management and analysis are done in real time which makes theentire system work better and more precisely. The system has a range of useful features such as userauthentication, managing roles (admin, teacher, student), real time attendence marking (using web orbiometric systems) and detailed reporting. School administrators can use reports to cheque who is absentor late, notice any ongoing patterns and mentally send out alerts when needed. Because the system isflexible, it works well in schools, colleges and organisations to help with time management, accountabilityand making good decisions. On the whole, AMS takes over many administration tasks and makes sure thedata is correct and operative procedures are improved.
