The research employs a qualitative approach, highlighting how these financial tools have driven innovation in recycling and sustainable design. The results indicate that public-private collaboration, together with effective project management, improves both the performance of multidisciplinary teams and the use of resources, driving professional development and sustainability. The findings highlight the importance of competitive funds in the adoption of sustainable practices and the crucial role of project management in coordinating these efforts.
