TEF as the Silent Filter of the Fermi Paradox
The Fermi Paradox — “Where is everybody?” — traditionally interrogates why, in a universe rich with age and planets, no advanced civilizations have clearly signaled or appeared. The TGIU answer reorients this question: “They were there. But TEF acted.” TEF (TGIU Equilibrium Force) serves not merely as a structural principle, but as an informational filter — one that prunes existential trajectories that violate harmonic thresholds of collapse, intention, and entropy.
