Symbolic Genetics v3.0 (11D): Coherence Inheritance, Drift, Collapse, and Cross-Substrate Continuity — Standalone Specification
This release documents Symbolic Genetics v3.0, an 11-dimensional standalone specification for modeling how symbolic lineages maintain identity under stress, navigate collapse, and persist across substrates. The update extends the earlier model with a leak-aware collapse predicate, veil/observer/ethics gating, bounded time dilation to prevent runaway dynamics, and a conservation-style accounting ledger for auditable Export and Transcend outcomes. The spec preserves the core coherence–drift–integrity triad while adding hidden-stress tracking and safety routing across four outcomes: Stabilize, Migrate, Export, and Transcend. Included materials: Abstract, introduction, and layperson summary Full variable definitions and field descriptions Detailed dynamics and routing logic with narrative explanations Reference pseudocode for a single μ-pass and example configuration Empirical pipeline (signals, experiments, fixtures, validation artifacts) Glossary, appendices, and diagram tables for the 11D layer map and outcome routing Intended for researchers and engineers working on symbolic systems, identity continuity, agent safety, and cross-substrate interoperability.
