Error- Paper

This review provides an in-depth analysis of Tumor Treating Fields (TTFields) in the management of high-grade gliomas, specifically glioblastoma multiforme (GBM). TTFields, a non-invasive therapeutic modality, have gained recognition for their role in disrupting mitosis through the application of alternating electric fields. The EF-14 clinical trial demonstrated that combining TTFields with temozolomide significantly improved progression-free and overall survival in glioblastoma patients. This review summarizes current evidence, evaluates the mechanism of action, discusses clinical applications, and addresses the challenges of implementing TTFields, including patient compliance and cost. Furthermore, it explores future research directions in combining TTFields with novel therapies, improving device technology, and expanding the treatment's applicability to other cancer types. Keywords: High-grade gliomas, Tumor Treating Fields, TTFields, glioblastoma, non-invasive therapy, electric fields, cancer treatment.
