Deliverable D3.6 - Selection of the best chemical treatment for the degradation of halogenated pollutants and PFAS from groundwater and performance at field-scale
The present study conducted as part of the H2020 PROMISCES project evaluates the effectiveness of advanced oxidation and reduction processes for degrading organic pollutants, specifically PFAS and chlorinated solvents, in groundwater. The research focused on two sites in northern Spain: one contaminated by chlorinated solvents and another by PFAS.
