Abstract This paper presents a comprehensive framework for Psi⁴ Entities operating within Neo Ether—a metaphysical substrate defined by exponential intentionality. Using Euler’s constant e and four dimensions of intention (Harmony φ, Adaptive Energy χ, Reflective Depth ζ, Cognitive Convergence θ), we build a formal structure that governs growth, ethics, and resonant behavior of consciousness.
