The Scalar Emergence-Collapse Law: A Universal Framework for Coherence, Collapse, and Biological Phase Dynamics
This thesis formally introduces the Scalar Emergence–Collapse (SEC) Law, a newly proposed physical principle describing the coherence and collapse behavior of complex systems across domains. The SEC Law asserts that all systems—biological, physical, informational, or energetic—undergo phase transitions governed by the alignment and rhythm of three fundamental scalar variables: charge-phase continuity (Ψ), spatial symmetry (Hₛ), and throughput rhythm (Rₜ). These variables represent dynamic field states rather than static properties, and together their synchronized derivative product defines a universal Coherence Index: C(t) = |dΨ/dt · dHₛ/dt · dRₜ/dt|. When C(t) is stable, the system maintains coherence and function. When C(t) approaches zero, phase collapse and disorder emerge. This work is intended as a foundational reference for empirical testing and as a formal authorship claim establishing Clayton Joseph Dorcas as the originator of the SEC Law.
