Background: Acinetobacter baumannii is a widespread pathogen and a leading cause of healthcareassociated infections, often affecting the respiratory tract, urinary tract, bloodstream, and surgical sites. Its rapid development of resistance to major antibiotic groups has made it a critical concern. Nanotechnology offers a novel approach to counteract these resistant microbes.
