Hydroponics in Modern Agricultural Systems: Advancements, Applications, and Future Prospects
Abstract In the modern agricultural practices, hydroponics represents a widely accepted method to grow plants in nutrient-rich water solutions because it addresses the growing food needs while protecting resources alongside the environment. This short review investigates agricultural hydroponic systems in operation today through analysis of ecological aspects as well as technological characteristics along with operational aspects. Technical expertise is needed to eliminate essential expenses from hydroponics while energy consumption methods should be improved to meet these goals. Successful implementation of hydroponics requires working upon low operational costs, access to energy and well-qualified personnel. The paper discusses hydroponics advantages for food system cultivation in detail along with its natural agricultural practice status
