SYSTEMATISATION OF FACTORS INFLUENCING THE CLASSIFICATION OF TECHNOLOGICAL COMPLEXES OF HIGHLAND QUARRIES
ABSTRACT The article considers and analyses the classification of technological complexes of highland deposits, the main features of technological complexes of mining operations according to this classification. A new system approach to the classification of technological complexes of open cast mining operations is proposed in relation to the specifics of the development of highland deposits, based on the way of moving overburden and minerals. The system approach provides to consider the class technological attributes of the structure of complex mechanisation as a system (S), subsystem (S) and elements of the system (E). If for the system (C) we choose the mining of deposits by inclined layers, then the main subsystem (PS) is the process of transporting rock mass to the foot of the mountain, which can be divided into two groups of complexes ‘Transport complexes’ and "Transport-gravity complexes), In this case, the production processes: preparation of rocks for excavation (E), excavation and loading (E), reloading of rock mass is the elements of the system approach (E). In the course of the research of the system approach all possible variants of structure formation at highland deposits are analysed when mining them also by steep layers and the same by inclined layers of converging ledges. The main technological peculiarities of complexes at open mining of highland deposits are given. Gravity transfer of the rock mass is carried out by special workings, rock dumps or rock skates, as well as by the steep side of the quarry, which fulfils the function of a rock skate. Motor transport or bulldozers are used for delivery of rock mass from the faces to the bypassing workings or to the quarry side. The main technological features of complexes in the open-pit mining of highland deposits have been studied and all possible variants of structure formation at highland deposits have been analysed.
