AULA DE PORTUGUÊS NO ENSINO FUNDAMENTAL: REVELANDO SEGREDOS E CRIANDO HISTÓRIAS

This work aims to present actions of literary reading and shared writing of an audiobook, developed in the Portuguese Language discipline, with classes from the Second Cycle of Humandevelopment, at the Centro Pedagógico (CP), an application college at the Federal University of MinasGerais. (UFMG). The activities began in the Fourth Grade the first year of the Second Cycle of HumanTraining, in 2020, during the COVID/19 pandemic, and concluded in 2022, with the children recording thestories. Based on the work “Até as princesas soltam pum” by Ilan Brenman (author) and Ionit Zilberman(illustrator), the children assumed the role of literary detectives, analyzing the paratextual elements of thework and producing hypotheses about the story's plot. The students were surprised by the idea thatprincesses are not just princesses, they can be whatever they want and can do things that until then wereonly thought of for “common people”. After reading and discussing the work, we moved on to thecollective writing phase of what we would call “O segredo secreto das princesas”. During the process, itwas possible to verify the children's interest in participating in the activities as they began to seethemselves as authors of texts. We understand that this work has contributed and will contributesignificantly to the development of aspects such as cooperativity, recognition of textual elements, command reading, narrative construction and recognition of its elements (time, space, plot, characters andnarrator), and, of course, imagination
