ψ⁸–R: Retentive Ornamental Architecture in Nocturnal Topologies
This visual-philosophical work develops the ψ⁸ architecture through a new retentive module constructed in ornamental space. The compositions are not paintings but retention-events: scenes structured by patterned lamps, fruit, textiles, and candlelight — stabilizing difference without dominance. Each image functions as a vessel of memory, delaying disappearance through spatial logic. ψ⁸–R introduces a high-complexity ornamental topology, where cobalt-toned lamps and fabric fields operate not aesthetically, but structurally — as anchors of difference. This work extends the ψ⁸ program toward a visual language of ethical retention under night conditions, with implications for memory, artificial intelligence, and cognitive topology. All images © YL.
