Versioned Archive and Review of Biotic Interactions and Taxon Names Found within millerse/Canadian-freshwater-fish-and-their-metazoan-parasites hash://md5/ea210b76554e8d6ea4226ce33f504ede
Life on Earth is sustained by complex interactions between organisms and their environment. These biotic interactions can be captured in datasets and published digitally. We present a review and archiving process for such an openly accessible digital interactions dataset of known origin and discuss its outcome. The dataset under review, named millerse/Canadian-freshwater-fish-and-their-metazoan-parasites, has fingerprint hash://md5/ea210b76554e8d6ea4226ce33f504ede, is 403KiB in size and contains 1,183 interactions with 1 unique type of association (e.g., hostOf) between 61 primary taxa (e.g., Coregonus clupeaformis) and 229 associated taxa (e.g., Tetracotyle). This report includes detailed summaries of interaction data, a taxonomic review from multiple catalogs, and an archived version of the dataset from which the reviews are derived.
