New data about Philaeus chrysops (Poda, 1761) (Araneae: Salticidae) in Poland.Philaeus chrysops ( Poda, 1761) is rare and protected species of jumping spider in Poland. This paper provides information on a few new sites of Philaeus chrysops, mostly in Sandomierska Lowland. Additionally, differences in morphology between individuals living in mountains and those inhabiting sandy sites are discussed.

New data about Philaeus chrysops (Poda, 1761) (Araneae: Salticidae) in Poland.Philaeus chrysops ( Poda, 1761) is rare and protected species of jumping spider in Poland.
