Paper 6 Structure Formation and Gravitation from Vacancy Condensation

This paper presents a new model of gravity and cosmic structure based on angular strain in a rotating, discrete lattice. Instead of treating gravity as a force or as curvature of spacetime, the model describes gravity as the result of strain gradients that form when stable regions block the flow of coherence through the lattice. Matter arises when these regions suppress strain leakage, creating long-lived, mass-like behavior. Large-scale structures such as galaxies, filaments, and voids form because strain creates preferred paths for motion. Defects and matter move along these paths and collect where strain corridors intersect, producing the observed cosmic web without requiring dark matter. Light propagates through the lattice as a coherence wave and bends toward regions of lower strain, explaining gravitational lensing without curved space. Cosmological redshift arises from two effects: a Doppler-like mismatch due to motion through the rotating lattice, and an accumulated phase delay caused by angular strain. Only the Doppler-like component contributes to time dilation, while the strain-induced component changes wavelength without stretching time. This separation leads to testable predictions that differ from standard cosmology. Overall, the framework replaces curved spacetime and dark matter with a single, testable physical picture based on coherence strain, offering new explanations for gravity, structure formation, redshift, lensing, and time.
