FIRE SAFETY REQUIREMENTS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF INDIVIDUAL RESIDENTIAL BUILDINGS: CURRENT REALITIES AND CURRENT PROBLEMS
The article discusses a set of legislative measures that establish clear fire safety requirements for the construction of individual residential buildings, obliging owners to ensure fire protection distances, use non-combustible materials and structures, and comply with a number of other mandatory measures. A number of government agencies, including the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the State Fire Supervision Service and the Ministry of Construction, are responsible for monitoring compliance with these requirements. They regularly update and adjust regulatory documents, adapting them to modern conditions, and constantly remind homeowners of the need for strict compliance with fire protection measures.
