Analytical Study of Human Resource Development
Abstract. Various economists have expressed their different views on human development and the role of human development in the economy and society as a whole is very important. In 1990 according to the UNDP policy, two economists, Indian economist Dr. Amartya Sen and Pakistani economist Mehboob-ul-Haq, formulated the concept of human development guidelines. UNDP has used this concept to examine the Indian economic, social, educational, cultural policies and has reviewed the human development status of various countries every year since 1990. The Human Development Index is prepared by the United Nations Development Programme. To prepare the human development report, a separate report is prepared by the country's intellectual sociologists, economists, industrialists and UNDP. This report is prepared and sent to more than 100 countries for conversion into various languages and the relevant country is classified at least in terms of human development. Human resource development is, in a sense, to increase human economic income and improve their educational and social status. In India, the Human Development Index is calculated based on human progress by studying gender equality, education, health, economic and social factors.
