IMPROVING THE PROFESSIONAL AND SCIENTIFIC POTENTIAL OF CARDIOLOGY SERVICE PERSONNEL

The rapid evolution of cardiovascular medicine necessitates continuous enhancement of professional competencies and scientific capabilities among cardiology service personnel. Recent assessments indicate that maintaining high-quality cardiac care requires systematic approaches to professional development. This study evaluates the effectiveness of a comprehensive program designed to enhance the professional and scientific potential of cardiology service staff in Uzbekistan. The professional life conditions and the availability of adequately interventional cardiology units bear high significance for the practicing cardiology specialists who are actively involved both in the primary and secondary prevention of cardiovascular diseases. In this questionnaire-based study, our objective was to assess the above-mentioned factors among a group of cardiology specialists.
