Technical Appendix -- Wind-Driven Rotor System with Elastic Coupling and Eccentric Flywheel for Adaptive Energy Generation with example
This system features three aerodynamically balanced blades driven by wind force, transmitting rotational motion via an elastic joint with axial and torsional degrees of freedom to a structurally symmetric flywheel. The flywheel contains an eccentrically positioned mass enabling dynamic imbalance and controlled lateral movement within a constrained bearing assembly. Radial ball bearings and auxiliary support spheres reduce friction and allow transverse displacement induced by centrifugal force. A set of intelligent piston-type generators with adaptive load control is mounted on the bearing perimeter, converting mechanical energy directly into electrical energy. Each generator integrates an elastic restoring system to maintain dynamic equilibrium.
