Abstract: As industrialization advances worldwide, there's a marked increase in business production, technological advancements, and other commercial activities. While this progress enhances human convenience and elevates our standard of living, it simultaneously poses significant ecological risks that threaten human well-being. Now, more than ever, there's a pressing need to adopt environmentally sustainable practices, not just for the planet, but crucially, for humanity's own survival. Successfully fostering an eco-conscious mindset among employees, from the executive suite to the frontline, is challenging. However, the practical application of Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) strategies has shown promising outcomes for environmental conservation. This paper delves into the intricacies of GHRM, highlights varied Green HR practices, and elucidates the role of these practices in steering organizations towards a greener trajectory. It concludes by presenting potential societal impacts of these Green HR initiatives within eco-friendly enterprises. Keywords: Green HRM, Green HRM Practices, Sustainability, Green Environment
