SENSIBILITATEA LA ANTIBIOTICE A TULPINILOR DE KLEBSIELLA PNEUMONIAE IZOALE DIN DIVERSE BIOSUBSTRATE CLINICE

Summary. The resistance of Klebsiella pneumoniae to antimicrobial treatment poses a significant global public health concern. Antibiotic resistance in this bacterium is associated with a variety of factors, including uncontrolled antibiotic use and the transfer of resistant genes between bacteria. Strains of Klebsiella pneumoniae isolated from different clinical biosubstrates often show high levels of resistance to different classes of antibiotics, making it difficult to choose adequate therapy and increasing the risk of treatment failure. A comprehensive study of the antibiotic susceptibility of such strains makes it possible to determine the most effective methods of treatment and develop strategies to contain the spread of resistant infections. These studies highlight the need for a systematic approach to the control and prevention of antimicrobial resistance to improve treatment outcomes and reduce morbidity.Key words: Klebsiella pneumoniae, clinical biosubstrates, antibiotic resistance, public health, antimicrobial treatment, resistant infections
