DEVELOPMENT OF A METHODOLOGY FOR ASSESSING THE RELATIONSHIP BE-TWEEN THE FACTORS OF REPRODUCTION OF HUMAN CAPITAL IN THE BELA-RUSIAN VILLAGE

Abstract The article contains a methodology for assessing the relationship between groups of factors for the renewal of human capital in rural areas of Belarus, within the framework of which dependencies between individual indicators of human capital reproduction were established, through canonical correlation analysis connections between their groups were identified and the type of relationships were determined, integral indicators for each group of factors were calculated based on factor analysis and an assessment of their impact on individual indicators of human capital in the Belarusian village was carried out.
