Research protocol. Primary Care Physician eHealth profile and burnout: an international cross sectional study
Digital health (eHealth) tools are becoming increasingly prevalent in healthcare systems. They hold the potential to enhance workflow efficiency and improve patient care. However, they may also increase administrative workload and contribute to stress among physicians. The relationship between digital health and physician burnout remains unclear, despite growing concerns about burnout’s significant impact on healthcare quality and patient outcomes. The aim of this analysis is to use data from a cross-sectional study to provide an international ranking of the use of digital health and burnout among primary care physicians, as well as the relationship between the two.
