Systematic Corruption in the Judiciary System
The theory of "The Challenge of Crisis on One's Shoulders" posits that Iran's development-oriented approaches are not merely the result of structural crises, but rather the consequence of these crises combined with "show processes" and political-media analyses that obscure the real path to reform. This paper, focusing on systemic corruption, demonstrates how vested interest groups, by maintaining inefficient structures, perpetuate crisis production and attention to it. This perspective is not only a barrier to development but also leads to trauma, collective anxiety, and chronic psychological attrition.
