SOCIAL PARTNERSHIP RELATIONS THE IMPORTANCE OF A TEAM CONTRACT IN REGULATION

This article is devoted to the legal regulation of social partnership relations in the field of Labor, studying in particular the importance of collective agreements. The collective agreement is analyzed as a means of balancing the interests of employers and employees in labor relations. The article will cover the structure of collective agreements, their legal framework and mechanisms of implementation. On the basis of international experience, proposals for improving national legislation are developed. The role of collective agreements in preventing labor disputes is also studied.
