Technological advances have led cities to adopt digital strategies to modernize public administration, making service provision more effective and accessible. In addition, strategic digital city projects can integrate technologies into municipal management, optimizing decision-making and strengthening citizen participation. The research objective is to analyze municipal strategies and public services in the strategic digital context, focusing on the municipality of Campo Largo, Brazil. The research methodology adopted a qualitative and quantitative approach, combining bibliographic review and documentary analysis through a case study with a structured protocol covering two constructs and six variables. The results indicated advances in the digitalization of public services, with greater transparency and efficiency in municipal management, driven by digital platforms, emerging technologies, and public-private partnerships to optimize resources and overcome challenges. The conclusion reiterates that municipal strategic planning can strengthen governance, sustainable development, and improve public services by enabling the integration with emerging technologies, thus promoting greater effectiveness, transparency and citizen participation. Yet, public services can strengthen governance, boost sustainability and improve citizens’ quality of life when technological innovations are adopted for urban management
